We are happy to assist with your repair of Hunter Douglas shades, shutters, and blinds. We offer clients Free temporary paper shades while your shades are not in the window. The temporary shades are available for PICKUP ONLY at our showroom.

Purchased from us:
We have your order on file. Please let us know what room and which shade needs repair, must have been purchased within the last 5 years.

Purchased elsewhere or shade is over 5 years old:
Please include a photo of sticker on headrail or your original Invoice.

Repair time frame: 3-6 weeks.

Please allow 72 hours for us to contact you.

We will advise if there is a charge to repair or replace your shade when we respond to your request
